Fiordos de Puyuhuapi Las Cascadas is a private conservation area adjacent to Canal de Puyuhuapi (Puyuhuapi Channel) approximately 5 km south of Puerto Cisnes.

Fiordos de Puyuhuapi Las Cascadas is a private conservation area adjacent to Canal de Puyuhuapi (Puyuhuapi Channel) approximately 5 km south of Puerto Cisnes and, where water courses flow and give life to waterfalls and watersheds.

This area is protected by Conservation Easement (DRC) as of November 2021 for a term of five years. The WEConserv Foundation monitors compliance with the DRC.

The private conservation area has 291 hectares; 89% belongs to a native forest, mostly Coihue de Chiloé (Nothofagus nitida). It is possible to find a wide variety of flora, fauna, and fungi species, such as Coihue de Magallanes (Nothofagus betuloides) and Tepa (Laureliopsis philippiana), and Pseudocyphellaria nitida and Bondarzewia guaitecasensis.
